If you wish to discuss an application you have submitted to us, please send our applications team an email at the below address. To help us address your enquiry more quickly, please remember to quote your application ID or BSL number (if applicable) in all email correspondence.

Complaints and Concerns

The BSL Administrators take all complaints seriously. If you have a complaint or concern about a supplier or the administration of the scheme, please visit our complaints and concerns page of the website.

Suspicious Phishing emails, please be on your guard!Please be aware that the BSL Administrator will never send you an email with an embedded link to your invoice. If you suspect you have received a suspicious communication, purportedly from the BSL Administrator, we advise you not to click on the link or reply to the email.

***We are aware of a small number of suppliers having problems paying by card using the Paypal gateway (Paypal account and BACS payments are working normally). If you are experiencing any problems, please call the BSL Helpdesk and we can accept a card payment over the phone.***
