As the Master User, you will have the ability to create and manage a list of users within your organisation (if applicable) who can also access the Portal to submit and review biofuel applications. If you are not responsible for overall BSL account management within your organisation (if applicable), please ensure that the most appropriate person completes this initial registration process.
